Summary

Description Was missing Cajun food so I decided to make some fried snapper Coonass style. The California twist is the salad. In Lousiana we wouldn't be caught dead with something green on our plate next to this unless it were cole slaw. I couldn't justify making this with a side of hush puppies or fries, though. My, how I've changed.
