Español: Bandera de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias (Bolívar).

"Esta es la bandera llamada "cuadrilonga", por tener tres cuadriláteros concéntricos de colores rojo, amarillo y verde de afuera hacia adentro. El cuadrilátero verde tiene una estrella blanca de ocho puntas en su centro. Esta bandera fue adoptada luego de que Cartagena de Indias se declarara Estado Soberano independiente de España en 1811."
