Greek inscription reads ΒΑΣΙΛ[ΕΩΣ] ΒΑΣΙΛΕ[ΩΝ] [ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ] [Ε]ΥΕΡΓΕΤΟΥ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ (king of kings Arsaces, bringer of plenty, the just, the illustrious, friend of the Greeks).
