Thomas Parnell (11 September 1679 – 24 Oktober 1718) merupakan seorang pemuisi, dilahirkan di Dublin dan dididik di Kolej Tritunggal, Dublin. Beliau merupakan anak murid kepada kedua-dua Alexander Pope dan Jonathan Swift, menyertai dalam Kelab Scriblerus, menyumbang The Spectator, dan membantu Paus dalam terjemahannya dari The Iliad. Beliau merupakan salah satu yang seolah-olah dipanggil "Pemuisi Graveyard": 'A Night-Piece on Death,' meluas dianggap puisi "Sekolah Graveyard" pertama, telah diterbitkan selepas kematiannya dalam Poems on Several Occasions.
