Having problems reading this page? Go to the Padauk Font website and download "padauk_2_1.tar.gz" from Padauk Font Source (by saving it directly to C:\Windows\Fonts), then download and run the "padauk_setup_2_1.exe" from the Padauk Font Windows Installer. This site uses Unicode 5.1 Standard for encoding the Mon/Burmese script.
Note: Some web browsers may be able to properly display the Burmese unicode script on Burmese Wikipedia but not on Wikimedia Incubator.

Welcome to the Mon Test Wikipedia.

This series of pages is for a test-wikipedia in the Mon language (မဩန).
Your Mon input here will be appreciated. The request for the creation of the Mon Wikipedia will be approved if and when there is sufficient article content. When it is approved, all content here would be moved to the actual Wikipedia.

Because this is a test-wikipedia all articles here must begin with the format [[Wp/mnw/Name of article]]. For example, an article about တြဳႝရးဍဳင္မန္၊ ရးမညေဒသ – « Mon State » – should be titled here as [[Wp/mnw/တြဳႝရးဍဳင္မန္၊ ရးမညေဒသ]]. (Of course in the actual Wikipedia, the article would be titled as [[တြဳႝရးဍဳင္မန္၊ ရးမညေဒသ]].)

Mon speakers are encouraged to create as many top-quality articles as possible.
