Converts a year/decade/century/millennium number (prefix a minus for BC) into a representative year (the second year, for decades/centuries/millennia) of that period, for use in

Create {{Wp/nso/Tl}} instead and replace all occurences of {{Tl}} in Wp/nso/ prefixed pages by that.
You may like to check 19 templates in Category:Wp/nso/Templates using unprefixed template Tl first to remove all occurences from those templates which will fix the pages containing those templates too.
