- Both. The corrected (I have done some changes) page Wp/trp/Ван Гог, Винсент has to be moved back to Wp/trp/Vincent van Gogh, and the obsolete redirect has to be deleted. If this is not possible, please just restore the old page Wp/trp/Vincent van Gogh, killing both the redirect and Wp/trp/Ван Гог, Винсент. My only edit was to remove the link to ru-sib wiki, which is currently closed, and the interwiki shows as a link in the main space.
